​A self-taught chef who not only makes vegetarian recipes but also converts non-vegetarian dishes into vegetarian, promoting healthy living and mock meat throughout the world.
People know me for my scientific approach on food.
I am a keen believer of making Fine Dine food more approachable making them in simple steps so that people can easily replicate those at home.
I love working on one simple ingredient and turning it into a story on a plate.
My belief is that a bread should be made essentially using only four ingredients, hence I am mastering the art of Bread-Making.
