I am a self-taught Chef/Cook who not only makes vegetarian recipes but also converts non-vegetarian dishes into vegetarian, promoting healthy living and mock meat throughout the world. I am not somebody who runs after numbers but on the impact my work leaves on people. I have devised hundreds of recipes and curated them with love. People know me for my scientific approach on food. I am keen believer of making Fine Dine food more approachable and so I make Fine Dine/Molecular Gastronomy dishes in simple steps so that people can easily replicate those at home. I love working on one simple ingredient and turning it into a story on a plate.
